AUTHENTIC ETHIOPIAN CUISINE
We strictly use the TEFF grain flour for our injera (flat bread), so the entire menu is gluten-free. This tiny grain is packed with considerable amounts of iron, protein, calcium and fiber.
We are a family owned and operated restaurant, catering to our diners as guests in our home. Taking no shortcuts in the process to provide a unique and healthy experience to the Richmond community and its visitors, we strive to present Ethiopian cuisine as it should be; flavorful, authentic, and as true to a home cooked meal as possible.
Our MENU offers a wide variety of vegetarian selections, which are also entirely vegan. As such, we've proudly been presenting our guests a delectable alternative for vegetarian/vegan options in Richmond. In addition, we offer traditional lamb, poultry, beef and seafood dishes.
